Marshall ELC students tour NNPS-TV station

2018 graduation TV & online broadcast schedule

graduation capGet the schedule for the NNPS high school graduations coming up this spring! NNPS-TV will video-record the commencement ceremonies for replay on NNPS-TV Cox 47/FiOS 17 (and our Roku and Apple TV channels). Find out the different ways you can view the ceremonies. Stay tuned to see if a live webcast will be available. Don't forget that DVDs of the ceremony can be ordered for $20.

Student news

Telecom logoThe TV-I students are finishing up their packages, which will be used in their news-magazine style television shows.  They will also be working on music videos.  Additionally, they will complete the last three videos for the NASA SME2 video series.

The TV-II students put the finishing touches on their first show that they directed.  It has been airing on NNPS-TV.  Now they are starting to work on their second TV show. They will start putting together their "résumé reels" soon, which is like a portfolio they can take with them to apply for a job or an internship.

Tune in to NNPS-TV to explore and learn! Also, some new programming will start in May, like "Global Footprints on the Environment," which concerns the impact we make on the earth. Watch for Telecom student news shows, too.

Brian Lybert, Menchville Soccer CoachThe April episode of Sports Highlights features Brian Lybert, Menchville High School Head Boys' Soccer Coach; Katisha Simpkins, Hampton Roads Lady Gators; and Sterge Evans, Hampton Roads Lady Gators Head Coach.

Watch Sports Highlights on NNPS-TV (Cox 47/Verizon FiOS 17) on Mondays at 7 a.m., 2 p.m., and 7 p.m., and weekends at 9 a.m. Visit during the TV broadcast to see it online. You can also go to the NNPS-TV Roku or Apple TV channel, or the NNPS-TV Video site, to watch it on the live stream during the broadcast. For "on demand," go to the above YouTube link, the NNPS-TV Video site, or the NNPS-TV Roku or Apple TV channel.

The next School Board Meeting will be Tuesday, April 17 at 6:30 p.m. It will be broadcast live on NNPS-TV (Cox Channel 47/Verizon FiOS Channel 17 ), and it will be re-played at later dates. School Board meetings can also be seen on the live web stream of the channel during the live broadcast or the replays. Also watch on the NNPS-TV Roku or Apple TV channel's live stream during the TV broadcasts. It will be available there on demand, too.
